1. Musli bowl with nuts and raisins, fresh fruit and acacia honey

A quick and nutritious breakfast, ideal for a healthy start.

Ingredient:

  • 60g Musli with walnuts and raisins (wholemeal flakes – oats, wheat and rye, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds);
  • 200ml vegetable or classic milk;
  • 50g fresh blueberries (or other berries – blackberries, raspberries);
  • 1 teaspoon acacia honey.

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, add the musli and pour the milk over it (it can be warm or cold, as you prefer).
  2. Top with fresh blueberries.
  3. Drizzle with polyflower honey for a natural sweet touch.

2. Bowl with chia seeds, fruit and Revital Mix

A tasty dessert that also works great as a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredient:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds;
  • 200ml almond milk or Greek yogurt;
  • 50g Revital Mix (walnut kernels, goji berries, currants, almonds, cranberries);
  • 1 sliced banana;
  • 1 teaspoon honey or cherry jam (for a sweet-sour taste).

Preparation:

  1. Mix chia seeds with almond milk and leave to moisturize overnight.
  2. Put the chia mixture in a bowl and add the Revital Mix.
  3. Garnish with banana slices and use a teaspoon of natural honey for extra sweetness.

3. Bowl with 32% fruit musli, plus banana crisps

A simple bowl, but full of crunchy textures and naturally sweet flavors.

Ingredient:

  • 60g Musli 32% fruit (wholegrain flakes – oats, wheat, rye, raisins, banana chips, dried fruit, corn flakes, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, peanuts);
  • 50g Banana Chips;
  • 200ml Greek yogurt;
  • a dusting of cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Put the musli in a bowl and add the yogurt.
  2. Top with Banana Chips and sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon for extra flavor.
