KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description:
- building, maintaining, and developing relationships with IKA clients within the portfolio;
- negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are beneficial for both parties and aligned with the allocated budget;
- negotiating prices and promotional activities;
- developing monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for the IKA channel (assigned clients);
- creating and implementing customized strategies for each client to achieve set objectives;
- collaborating with internal departments to coordinate product and service delivery according to client requirements;
- monitoring and improving product assortment and shelf presence for each IKA client;
- participating in international trade fairs (e.g. Anuga, SIAL).
Ideal Candidate:
- higher education degree;
- minimum 5 years of experience managing IKA sales channels;
- excellent negotiation, planning, and client relationship skills;
- strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
- experience working with large retailers and/or distributors;
- advanced knowledge of pricing strategies, merchandising, and product portfolio development;
- category B driving license;
- willingness to travel.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Job Description:
- operating production machinery;
- using and maintaining equipment, machines, and production tools in good working condition;
- checking correct machine setup, operating parameters, and feeding raw materials into the equipment;
- following finished product labeling procedures;
- ensuring proper and safe packaging according to product standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- high school education (technical background is an advantage);
- basic technical knowledge in production or automated equipment;
- planning and organizational skills;
- ability to work in a team.
