Job description
- continuous monitoring of hygiene standards for both personnel and working spaces and equipment;
- conducting physical and sensory analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in accordance with current standards and internal working procedures;
- participating in the analysis of non-conformities identified in the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, and proposing corrective or improvement actions;
- recording all analyses performed in the logbook and in testing reports;
- implementing specific quality management techniques, methods, and tools;
- verifying the effectiveness of the cleaning process for machinery and production areas.
Job requirements
- bachelor’s degree in food industry;
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- organizational, planning, and time management skills;
- ability to quickly assimilate new information;
- problem-solving skills;
- analytical and synthesis abilities;
- PC operating knowledge;
- attention to detail;
- teamwork.
