Organizer: Children’s Book Club “Cu copiii la povești” (Storytime with Children)
Nourish Your Inner Hero with Good Things! was the theme of the 8th anniversary of Cu copiii la povești, held on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. With the energy of this event, we also marked the beginning of a new school year, bringing new discoveries and joys for the little ones. We were happy to be there through the Nutribon workshop, where children transformed into true taste heroes, exploring and guessing hidden nuts and fruits, discovering how balanced nutrition can be an adventure of flavors and surprises. Together, we celebrated curiosity, free spirit, play, and stories, because every experience brings with it a new inner superpower.

At Transilvania Nuts, our values – people, trust, passion, innovation, and responsibility – come to life through colleagues who live them authentically in everything they do. The event The Table that Unites was the perfect opportunity to say “thank you” to those who stood out recently through involvement, attitude, and team spirit. We were delighted to be there alongside Andreea Esca, always warm, open, and with her unmistakable smile. For us, the walnut is more than just an ingredient: it connects tradition to the present, taste to emotion, and the team to the joy of being together.

Junior Bike Race, 31.05.2025
Organizer: Bicheru Cycling Association supported by the Municipality of Ciugud
The 9th edition brought us together once again – this time not only as supporters, but also as an active part of the story. 13 children from the families of our colleagues and friends bravely lined up at the start, and 2 made it to the podium. But our true achievement was involvement: the genuine joy of giving time, energy, and encouragement to the community we are part of. Because sometimes, the most important races are not the ones you pedal for yourself, but alongside others. Thank you to the organizers for such a special day!

Another spectacular edition of the Junior Bike Race! The kids put all their energy, joy, friendship and strength on the line, plus one lucky nut with smiley face. We’re super proud to have been alongside all these little adventurers! The fantastic nut was more than just a talisman – it became a symbol of tenacity. It wasn’t just the fastest who won, but all those who carried their nuts with them to the end smiling! And who says only children learn? Parents, too, discovered lessons in patience and perseverance!

“Hello, children! I’m Nuca, and this is my little brother, Alunel. We come from nearby, from Transylvania Nuts, the cute factory next to the kindergarten.” That’s how our heroes started their “Stories from the Plate” for the children of the Ciugud kindergarten: the mischievous interview challenged the children to answer the questions with just…. “Sausages” and the atmosphere was filled with good cheer. The blindfolded, tasting treats revealed the good taste of the fruit in the healthy bars, but also their importance for nutrition. Let’s picnic with the Princess and the Prince! The children put their daily portions of fruit and vegetables in a basket. And everyone took home a well-deserved reward, ready to happily share stories about goodness and nature.

“Guess, guess, what’s in here?” We’re glued to the glitter babies! For glittery are the inventors of riddles! Congratulations to the With Kids in Stories team, who challenged the little ones so beautifully on Friday, May 20, 2022! Since then, Transylvania Nuts has always been with this project through its products Yoli and Nutribon. We are involved in the life of the city, alongside those who set up success stories for the good of the little ones. Congratulations and thank you! Only by getting involved can the story move forward. Let’s give smiles and beautiful examples, people!

October 5th is Education Day, the day of those who guide us on our journey to knowledge! With them we learn to read, to write, to reason, to discover the world around us. And, most importantly, we learn the joy of contributing something good to our world by embracing a craft. That is why today we are sharing images from the visit of secondary school students from the Jidvei Technological High School, organized within the framework of the project for the prevention of school dropout POCU 154834 – Let’s learn through play, of the Association Platform for Competitive Education. Three days and three nights the party lasted!” Remember how the story goes? The same goes for Children’s Day! For today, June 3, at the request of the Junior Bike Race organizers, the sun extended the fun and gave the little cyclists supported by Nutribon healthy snacks, the most fabulous day! The children smiled broadly, the pedals seemed to turn faster and the applause was non-stop! We can’t wait for the next adventure, where other little ones will show us how fun and courage never stop!

“A chance for your future” is the slogan of the 2 days dedicated to students from VI-VIII grades in Alba County. We are once again present and we welcome them with open arms in our stand! We speak their language, in order to increase the attractiveness of training in a profession, at the second edition of the Fair of educational offers, organized from 11-12.05.2023 by the Alba County School Inspectorate and Alba County Council. With a dash of inspiration and an outstretched hand, the bold future seems closer!

Children from the Theological Seminary “St. Simon Simon Stephen” in Alba Iulia
“Dear children, do you like stories?” Thus began the presentation of the journey to the Transylvania Nuts factory of two much-loved heroes of our favorite, Miez de Nucă and Nucă in the Shell. Because the little ones, students in grade 0 at the Theological Seminary “St. Simon Simon Stephen” in Alba Iulia, accompanied by teacher Andra Luana Tomus, were perfectly suited to the information dressed in the cute coat of childhood. And, as every good story has a happy ending, the budding bunnies gave us their feedback on how much they enjoyed it!

Maya is a curious elf and loves carols. Together with her friends from Alba Iulia’s extended day kindergarten no. 12, she joyfully stepped into the Kingdom of Walnuts. To find out the secrets of the nut-loving Magi and to reward them with the most beautiful Christmas songs. In addition, the little ones played, gave Olaf the Snowman a new nose, danced and got painted. Maya is a happy elf at Transylvania Nuts!

Students of the Faculty of Food Engineering – Suceava
Transilvania Nuts opened its doors for students! Young people from the “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, Faculty of Food Engineering – Suceava, have delighted us with their enthusiastic energy and great interest in our activity. We thank Mrs. Lecturer dr. Alice Rosu and Mr. Head of works dr. eng. Sergiu Pădureț, for the initiative of contributing together to the most applauded desiderat: the Romanian school to prepare young people for the labor market, to work in the field in which they have been professionally trained. And we do not hide the fact that we share the slogan of the Faculty of Food Engineering, FIA – Be a real engineer!

Children from Kindergarten 11 in Alba Iulia
We folded the summer and put it in an envelope, stamped soare luce, with clear skies glued on. This is the “joyful fortune” that the children from Kindergarten 11 in Alba Iulia brought to our factory. The cheerful squirrels’ visit to the kingdom of the tastiest nuts was an opportunity for curious exploration, dancing, balloon games, face-painting and tasting with voting. We strive to make every children’s visit as attractive as possible by providing them with age-appropriate information and games to discover how the tastiest nut and dried fruit products are produced. At Transilvania Nuts, Children’s Day will always be a celebration, with sunshine inside and out! We thank the little ones for the “Golden Nut” medals they gave us!

Fight for Health. I want to and I can!” brought together children from Ciugud Secondary School and three exceptional athletes: Eduardo Cetean (student, multiple Taekwondo champion), Paul Tolas (professional fighter, multiple Kickboxing medalist) and Alin Moldovan (coach Taekwondo Wt 2 Dan and Kickboxing 1 Dan at Revolution Academy Alba). They demonstrated that a healthy lifestyle means eating well and exercising constantly. The project, run under the “Snnore smart! Eat healthy!” supported by Transilvania Nuts, inspired participants to adopt healthy habits and get actively involved in sport.

We know that every child can have a chance for a bright future, if listened to and seen. By supportive and unconditionally loving parents, by teachers or mentors who discover and fulfill their potential.

In Ciugud, children can enjoy healthy nutrition through the program Snnore smart! Eat healthy! . We’re delighted to contribute to this initiative by providing students with fresh nuts and nut bars and dehydrated nut and fruit snacks, educating them about the benefits of a balanced diet! Together with nutrition specialists, we are helping children replace unhealthy snacks. We want to be your partners in your daily food choices, helping you to give your little ones healthy and delicious snacks without compromise.
